Committed, caring, and conscientious are just a few words that describe Holly Saunders Hawes, recipient of the prestigious Halstead Property Chairmans Council award. Holly has been in the real estate business for more than 24 years, joining Wheeler Real Estate in Darien in 1988. She and her husband, David, quickly became managing partners and were responsible for turning a 12 agent office into an active 60 agent office prior to Wheeler joining the Halstead family. Her extensive experience helping home buyers and sellers has made Holly a go-to person at Halstead Property. Her knowledge of real estate transactions combined with her personable style and former career as registered nurse provide the know-how and the TLC required to be highly successful in real estate. Holly and David work together as the Hawes Team and combine their many talents. Not only did Holly and David both grow up in Darien and raise their two children there, prior to joining Wheeler Real Estate, they developed and ran a successful custom home building business and commercial real estate management company for 20 years. In her spare time, Holly capitalizes on her proximity to Long Island Sound and enjoys fishing and boating with her family.
