Hermetically Sealed Storage Containers

US Patent:
2006015, Jul 13, 2006
Filed:
Jan 7, 2005
Appl. No.:
11/031411
Inventors:
Henry Dombroski - Boynton Beach FL, US
Anthony Cunningham - Tequesta FL, US
David Campbell - Jupiter FL, US
International Classification:
B65D 81/20
US Classification:
206524800
Abstract:
A storage container for isolating delicate items from harsh environments has a rigid exterior forming a continuous box with an open mouth. A gasketed door is hinged to the box and is provided with catches cooperating with clasps on the box to compress the gasket and close the open mouth forming a hermetic seal. A one-way valve is mounted on the container to subject the sealed interior to a pressure differential from the atmospheric condition. A pressure gauge is mounted on the container to indicate the pressure differential existing in the container.

Visual Indicator For Pressurized Hub

US Patent:
7185955, Mar 6, 2007
Filed:
Oct 19, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/969782
Inventors:
Henry Dombroski - Boynton Beach FL, US
International Classification:
B60B 27/00
US Classification:
3011081, 116270
Abstract:
A tactile and visual indicator is mounted on the hub cap of an axle of a vehicle. The indicator has a deformable face that protrudes away from the hub cap in response to the presence of pressurized air in the space containing the wheel bearings. The position of the deformable face indicates the presence or absence of hub integrity and indication of grease about the wheel bearings.

Environment Protector Air Compressor Pressurized Wheel Hub

US Patent:
7226133, Jun 5, 2007
Filed:
Oct 30, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/699565
Inventors:
Henry Dombroski - Boynton Beach FL, US
Anthony Cunningham - Tequesta FL, US
Assignee:
Air Tight, LLC - Tequesta FL
International Classification:
B60B 27/00, F16C 33/76
US Classification:
3011081, 384489
Abstract:
A pressurized wheel hub formed from an air-tight sealing arrangement located on each end of a wheel hub to form a closed air system in the interior of the wheel hub. The closed air system fluidly coupled to a DC power air compressor for receiving pressurized air. A pressure gauge provides a visual indication of the air pressure in the closed air system whereby a breached seal condition within the wheel hub can be detected.

Pressurized Wheel Hub System

US Patent:
7740036, Jun 22, 2010
Filed:
Apr 13, 2007
Appl. No.:
11/735131
Inventors:
Henry Dombroski - Boynton Beach FL, US
Anthony Cunningham - Tequesta FL, US
Assignee:
Air Tight, LLC - Tequesta FL
International Classification:
B60C 23/10, B60B 27/00
US Classification:
152416, 3011081
Abstract:
A system for pressurizing wheel hub formed from an air-tight sealing arrangement located on each end of a wheel hub to form a closed air system in the interior of the wheel hub. The closed air system fluidly coupled to a DC power air compressor or pressurized air tank for receiving pressurized air. A pressure gauge provides a visual indication of the air pressure in the closed air system whereby a breached seal condition within the wheel hub can be detected.

Pressurized Hub System

US Patent:
8205526, Jun 26, 2012
Filed:
Apr 24, 2009
Appl. No.:
12/429889
Inventors:
Henry Dombroski - Boynton Beach FL, US
International Classification:
F16C 13/00
US Classification:
74587, 74544, 74546, 74589
Abstract:
A system for pressurizing a hub having a bearing chamber formed from an air-tight sealing arrangement located on each end of a hub to form a closed air system in the interior of the hub or in combination with a second hub. The closed air system fluidly coupled to a pressurized air tank for receiving pressurized air. A pressure gauge provides a visual indication of the air pressure in the closed air system whereby a breached seal condition within the hub can be detected.

Emergency Axle

US Patent:
2006008, Apr 20, 2006
Filed:
Oct 19, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/969766
Inventors:
Henry Dombroski - Boynton Beach FL, US
International Classification:
B60B 27/00
US Classification:
301130000
Abstract:
An emergency axle is provided for small trailers normally pulled by automobiles or small trucks. The emergency axle may be carried on the trailer on in the pulling vehicle. In the event an axle is damaged or breaks, the emergency axle is placed over the end of that axle so that the wheel is remounted and the trip continues. The emergency axle has an extension tube for sliding over the end of the damaged axle. One end of the tube is closed with an attachment plate which connects to the brake mounting plate on the trailer axle. The other end of the tube is closed by an axle plate with a stub axle to which the wheel can be mounted.
