Interests:
Helen became a licensed real estate agent in 1983 and began actively selling residential real estate in July of 1995 as an on-site sales person at Brooks Tower, a 42-story condo conversion, where she was the top-producing sales agent during her tenure. She was involved with The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek since its inception and was a Million Dollar Round Table award winner. In 2010, Helen joined the talented group of realtors at Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty in Downtown Denver. She has concentrated on the Denver metropolitan area, and is very familiar with the historic and redeveloping neighborhoods as well as the suburbs.
In choosing to work with Helen, you have chosen an agent who truly embodies the Code of Ethics that Realtors abide by. Helen is an agent who is committed to excellence and is dedicated to her clients from the initial meeting through contract and closing - an agent who cares about where you live and who you are, and absolutely does everything possible to make the purchase or sale of your home as stress free as possible. Her past clients will tell you she pays unparallel attention and although she is very easy to work with, when it comes to negotiation on your behalf, she is very strong!
About:
Considering herself an “almost native”, Helen arrived permanently in Colorado in the 60's following her education at the University of Missouri and the University of Wyoming. Her involvement in real estate began in 1976 as office manager and assistant to the managing broker of one of Denver’s highest producing real estate firms.
On a personal note, Helen lives in the San Rafael historical neighborhood in a refurbished 1890’s Victorian home. She has two grown daughters, Robyn, who recently moved back to Denver after living away for 23 years and Brooke, who also lives in Denver with her husband Rob and her two grandsons, Del 6, and Nate 3, who are definitely the “loves of her live”.
