Philosophy:
I align myself with the scientist-practitioner model, which means that I integrate science with practice in order to implement the most effective methods available for a particular problem. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, a form of therapy that relies on changing maladaptive thinking patterns and behaviors. I employ a collaborative relationship with my clients, and strive to be genuine, empathic, and non-judgemental in my approach.
