Heidi Enrile joined Cambridge Realty in 2010 and has over 15 years property management experience.<br /><br />Working for developers in California and Nevada, Heidi’s experience spans from residential, to retail properties, to major industrial warehouses averaging 500,000 sf per building - to date, Heidi has managed over 12 million square feet of property. She is also experienced in all facets of property management accounting and her philosophy is to treat every property as if it were her own. Due to her well rounded skills, Heidi can offer a full line of property management services from leasing, investments, remodel/repair oversight, and financial accounting for each of your properties.<br /><br />Born and raised in Brazil, she moved to Southern California in 1991 and to Nevada in 2005. Heidi speaks four languages fluently (Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, English) and is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Accounting and in Real Estate Finance.
