Philosophy:
As a counselor, I aid my clients in exploring, challenging, and overcoming their concerns. I assist them in letting go of unhealthy ways of coping while helping them develop new, healthy coping skills they can use their entire life. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I am able to help clients change how they think, feel, and behave. Because CBT is a brief therapy, many concerns can be addressed in as little as 6 to 8 sessions.
