Philosophy:
A good relationship between client and therapist is the key to good therapy. From the first moment I present you with a responsive, genuine, interactive style and work with you to find the core of the problem as quickly as possible and alleviate emotional pain. I also bring to bear extensive experience and education to help you change your perspective, skills and mood. The goal is always to be more comfortable and peaceful in your day to day life. This may take just a few meetings and for some it takes more. You may chose to deal with one problem and return for more assistance when others arise.
