You’re not going to feel pressure–I’d rather have you find the right home than rush into a home you’re lukewarm about.<br />Communication across the distances. I’m comfortable emailing and texting–if you’re relocating to the area, I’m happy to give you some history of the areas you’re considering and let you know the neighborhoods that suit your needs best. While buying a home is a huge decision, the process should be fun. Some people suck the fun right out of it, and I’m certainly not one of them. Let’s enjoy it, have some laughs, and find a great home for you along the way.<br />A commitment to care. I’m a mom and a nurse, and I see these things as very complementary to my work as a realtor. It’s about putting families and well-being first, and making sure everyone feels happy about where they’re going to live. Want to bring your kids with you to look at houses? That’s absolutely no problem. I’ve designed the process to be flexible to suit your needs, and I’m happy to have everyone along who’s going to live there.<br />A team approach. My brother lives on Cape Cod, and my daughter goes to college on the North Shore. I’ve spent a lot of time in Western Mass and the South Shore, as well, and I know Boston like the back of my hand.
