About:
Hello! As a Realtor serving all of MetroWest, Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts, I look forward to helping you buy a home or sell your house. With experience in short sales, relocation, rentals and all types of loans, I’ll guarantee fast and friendly customer service for all types of real estate transactions. Most recently, I have assisted buyers, landlords and sellers in Holliston, Ashland, Framingham, Hudson, Grafton, Worcester and Westborough, although I am knowledgeable about (and licensed to represent) the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Let me know what you’re looking for, and we’ll refine your search as we move ahead.

Here’s what I offer my clients, which not every Realtor does:

Flexible options. Not everyone looking for a home is ready to buy, and not every owner is ready to sell. I work as your consultant to help you understand the market, identify the right time and the right town for you. You’re not going to feel pressure–I’d rather have you find the right home than rush into a home you’re lukewarm about.
Communication across the distances. I’m comfortable emailing and texting–if you’re relocating to the area, I’m happy to give you some history of the areas you’re considering and let you know the neighborhoods that suit your needs best. Want me to look at house for you before you come out? Happy to shoot some videos for you so that you can get a lay of the land. Read more about relocation here.
A sense of humor. While buying a home is a huge decision, the process should be fun. Some people suck the fun right out of it, and I’m certainly not one of them. Let’s enjoy it, have some laughs, and find a great home for you along the way.
A commitment to care. I’m a mom and a nurse, and I see these things as very complementary to my work as a realtor. It’s about putting families and well-being first, and making sure everyone feels happy about where they’re going to live. Want to bring your kids with you to look at houses? That’s absolutely no problem. I’ve designed the process to be flexible to suit your needs, and I’m happy to have everyone along who’s going to live there.
A team approach. As a partner with two other realtors, a member of As a member of the National Association of REALTORS, a member of RE/MAX Best Choice Realty and part of the NERE Associates team, I am more than happy to assist you with whatever you need: short sales, multi-family properties, condos, investment properties and home purchases. I have a network of great vendors, including a first-rate real estate attorney, wonderful home inspectors, painters, landscapers, mortgage brokers and the like. In short, if you need a one-stop shop, I’m happy to manage the process for you.
I grew up in Ashland, Massachusetts, and I have owned, renovated, bought and sold property throughout Metrowest and Central Massachusetts. My brother lives on Cape Cod, and my daughter goes to college on the North Shore. I’ve spent a lot of time in Western Mass and the South Shore, as well, and I know Boston like the back of my hand. Simply put, if you need to get some info on Massachusetts, I’d love to be your guide!

My approach to real estate is simple: you’ve got enough stress in your life, so let me work for you. I’ll send you listings, help you scope out your target neighborhoods, and work across the miles to make the best use of your time. I’ve got a sense of humor, too, and I hope you do, as well. I work hard to keep my clients at ease, laughing and help them enjoy the experience of finding a home.

I live in Framingham with my husband, Tom, and I’m the mother of three. In addition to selling homes, I am also a pediatric nurse cross-trained in anesthesia and intensive care, and I teach CPR and first aid for the American Heart Association as an associate of CPR Services in Ashland.

In my free time, I love working on my home, traveling, and reading. I love funny movies and my three dogs, and I would love to hear from you.
