About:
Gregory strives to fulfill his clients needs with an honest and direct approach. Born and raised in Southern California, he was awarded a football scholarship to attend California State University at Sacramento and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree. While attending college in Sacramento, he would frequently spend his weekends visiting Lake Tahoe. It was then that he developed a love for the mountain lifestyle. He realized his dream when he moved to Lake Tahoe in 2005 where he lives now with his wife, son, and dog "Rudy."<br /><br /><br />In 2002, his career in real estate began as a real estate appraiser. 3 years later, he started Green Mountain Appraisals. In 2005, Gregory acquired his Real Estate Brokers license and joined Oliver Luxury Real Estate as a real estate broker associate. With an interest in green building design, he achieved his certification as an Eco-broker in 2010.<br /><br /><br />Since moving to Lake Tahoe, Gregory has appraised thousands of homes within Kirkwood, Squaw Valley, Truckee, Tahoe City, Tahoma, Homewood and South Lake Tahoe. His expertise as an appraiser has helped him transition into a real estate broker associate with an extensive understanding of market value. Gregory utilizes his Lake Tahoe Real Estate knowledge to provide his clients with highly specialized information when buying or selling their property.
