Grace V. Hatcher, MSN, ARNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse and 15 years experience as a nurse practitioner. She has a master of science degree in nursing with a major in psychiatric/mental health and has passed a national certifying examination. She is licensed by the state of Iowa to evaluate individuals for mental health and make psychiatric diagnoses, prescribe medications, engage in psychotherapy and interpret laboratory tests. Like other nurse practitioners, Grace works independently and in collaboration with other health care professionals. Her practice is based on a holistic, person-centered philosophy.
