Sooner or later people come to a point in their lives where they say "there must be a better way". I work with individuals, couples and adolescents, helping them improve relationships, resolve trauma, enhance performance in their work and or lives and overcome problem behaviors and habits. In addition to cognitive behavioral therapy and the principles of attitudinal healing, I use a research supported phase model approach. This includes the use of EMDR as a method of resolving trauma.
