PHILOSOPHY

Life has taught me many lessons all of which I bring to the practice of Real Estate. As a young woman my classical training in music taught me the importance of discipline and team work. Playing tennis taught me the meaning of competition and how to be competitive. Employment at a young age gave me a strong work ethic. Marriage taught me compromise, while the raising of children taught me responsibility. Education made me realize the value of knowledge. Divorce made me strong and gave me the strength to move forward. As a mature adult I reflect everyday through the eyes of my clients, contacts, associates, family, and friends on my own life lessons only to find a greater understanding and respect for those that I serve.

My fundamental belief is that “One should never look down on a person unless you are extending a hand to help them up”.
EDUCATION and PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Education opened new doors for me as I pursued my paralegal certification which made it possible for me to work some 9 ½ years with the D.A.’s Office in California, the last 4 ½ of which as Supervisor of the Beverly Hills D.A.’s Office before moving to the State of Texas. Here in Texas I gained employment with the Attorney General’s Office where I worked for 11 plus years as a clerk, legal assistant, and eventually as a Child Support Officer while completing my B.A. in Business Administration. In 2003 I began my Real Estate studies and by February, 2004 I obtained my Real Estate license and launched a new career with the support and blessings of, my then, teenage children.
ORGANIZATIONS and MEMBERSHIPS

I am a member of GFWAR, TAR, & NAR. I currently serve on the GFWAR Property Management Committee, and recently obtained my SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am also a Member of the Senior Network Alliance and attend monthly meetings.
PERSONAL INTEREST

My personal interests still include music and tennis. But more importantly is the time that I get to spend with my adult children. How often in this day and age do children invite their parents on spring break, to the theatre, to a play, to shoot a game of pool, or to just sit down and talk. I can honestly say that my children still do and I accept their invitations as often as possible, except for the spring break invite, I’ve got to give that one some thought.
