Glenda Rothlein comes to Bosshardt with eighteen years of success in residential construction that began in a family owned remodeling business in Orlando. Her first responsibalities were delivering materials to the job sites, applying for permits at the zoning and building departments of over eight manicapalities and townships in and around all of Central Florida. She then learned the building process itself and how to schedule, expedite and estimate. <br /><br />Over a period of seven years she expanded her knowledge of residential construction by building small starter homes, as a superintendant for DR Horton, the Estate Product for Centex Homes in Orlando and Luxury homes for St. Joe Homes in Celebration, a once owned Disney project near Disney World.<br /><br />While her construction career ended with the collapse of the economy her career in real estate began. Aside from her active Real Estate license and OSHA certifications, she holds inactive but current licenses in Building Construction, Home Inspection, Mold Assessment and Mold Remediation.<br /><br />'I know houses' is her motto.
