Able to prioritize*Experience in use of wound vacs, IV therapy, feeding tubes, Pleuravacs, urostomy and colostomy care, heart monitors, postoperative orthopedic and surgical care. * Efficient care and management the patient with chronic illness such as CHF, COPD, asthma, Diabetes, cancer, and hospice. * Able to take direction, follow instructions, and learn quickly. * Prioritize patient care in a fast paced environment maintaining patients physical and psychosocial health, while assessing their clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual needs. * Manage pain and documented patient's response to nursing and other interventions. * Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and accurately document actual and potential nursing diagnoses. * Good creative, problem-solving and organizational skills using strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
