Over the years in my practice, I feel much of my success can be traced to establishing a collaborative and safe environment in which to help others explore their problems. I incorporate psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, experiential, and relationship-centered therapeutic approaches to individualize each client's treatment. I strongly believe that each person comes to therapy ready to work at their own pace and in their own way. There is no singular "recipe" for change as therapy should reflect each individual's history and developmental pace. My effectiveness comes from a deep appreciation of individual differences, genuine empathy, keen analytical skills, honesty, and warmth that I bring to each session. I consider myself to espouse high standards of care and prioritize the well-being of my clients. Confidentiality and treatment effectiveness, for example, are extremely important in my practice.
