I believe that every patient has a story. Every patient has someone who cares about them. And every patient deserves the best possible care that they can get from their family doctor. I am not in medicine to simply review a patient's labs and medications. I am there to look at each person as an individual, to put together the entire puzzle, and to work together as a team to come up with a plan on how to best manage their illness. I am not just the teacher, but an active participant in a team made up of doctor and patient. I learn from my patients as well, and hope to both contribute to and take something valuable from every patient encounter.
