I regularly offer first-time home buyer seminars that include an overview of the home buying process, information on qualifying for a mortgage, home inspection presentation and home/hazard insurance topics. I have vast knowledge of the Philadelphia Region that includes all 5 surrounding counties. My goal is to always respond to my clients messages, emails and texts within 1 hour of receiving them. When I'm showing homes to you, my cell phone is off so that you my full attention. Having all parties in agreement on terms and conditions of a real estate transaction can be difficult to accomplish.
