I have been selling homes in the Bay Area since 1979. I myself have lived in the Bay Area since moving here at a young age. I attended local schools and graduated from JFK University with a B.S. in Business. With firmly established roots in the community I have developed a local network of clients, peers, vendors and service providers like no other agent. <br />I have had one of the longest running and most successful real estate agencies in the area since opening my own office in 1979 which explains why I am so well respected in the community not only by my clients, but peers as well. People know given my experience, honesty and trustworthiness I know real estate. <br />Part of the reason for being in business for myself for so many years and being successful is due to my ability to adapt and diversify in the ever changing real estate markets over the course of the last 25 years. I have a multitude of experience from traditional sales involving buyers and sellers, working with large banking institutions in marketing and selling many of their REO’s, as well as corporate relocation firms, successful negotiations in short sale transactions and private referrals from many Attorneys and CPA’s involving the sale of community property and dissolution of partner ships. There are so many different profiles of seller s and buyers to consider and so many different outcomes in listing and selling properties and due to my experience, knowledge and proven results I am prepared and well diversified to deal with all outcomes. <br />I actually enjoy what I do and it shows. I am always available and accessible to my clients whether it is face to face meetings, via phone or email. Developing relationships & providing top level service is my number one priority.
