As a litigator, Gary developed a strong ability to negotiate even under the most difficult situations. “When negotiating a settlement it was always my goal to get the best possible deal for my clients, while sill leaving the other side with the impression that they did well by their clients.” Gary also possess significant contract experience, drafting, negotiating and reviewing “hundreds” of contracts throughout his career. <br /> <br />Gary still has a vivid memory of the first home he bought (before he became and agent) and what an “emotional roller coaster” of a process it was -- “I understand that the buying and selling of a home is one of the most emotional and important moments in a person’s life.
