I'm a Realtor that specializes in Residential and Investment Real Estate in the Northern Nevada area. I currently hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and the e-Pro designations. The CRS Designation is the equivalent of a Masters Degree for Residential Real Estate. I'm committed to providing my clients with the highest level of customer service and knowledge available in our marketplace.<br /><br /> I studied, tested for, and received my real estate license in May of 2000 only a month before I received my high school diploma. My love of Real Estate was grown thru my relationship with my late Grandfather, Rex Shoaf, who would take me every weekend to go look at Open Houses and new Subdivisions. His love and passion for Architecture and Interior/Exterior Design inspired my passion for both. My Father has been a Developer in the Northern Nevada area for many years and my few memories of the working at the job sites will always be fond one's, as well as seeing what a hard days work is all about. When I was 16 years old I started selling Fitness Memberships for a local fitness club chain. After two successful years that followed, proof was in the pudding that sales was my passion and my God given talent in life. Taking Real Estate courses 3 nights in my Senior year of attending Carson High School, I ended up with my Real Estate license about a month before I graduated high school. I couldn't be any happier with that decision today as I was back then! <br /><br /> As the market constantly changes, it is necessary to have an agent with the knowledge and energy to help both buyers and sellers.
