Gail Nannini has consistently been one of Needham's top-selling residential real estate agents since moving back to her hometown of Needham in 1994. She has been a Realtor with Condon Realty in Needham ever since that time. <br /><br />The bulk of Gail’s clientele are personal referrals from past-satisfied customers and clients who choose to work with her because of her firm commitment to ethics, experience, knowledge, honesty, integrity, passion and professionalism. She credits most of her success to her loyal repeat customers whom she’s been forever grateful since entering real estate in 1986. In addition to residential and townhome sales, Gail has also represented several builders in her career. She attributes this forever-growing passion to coming from a long lineage of residential and commercial developers and craftsmen from both the U.S. and abroad.<br /><br />As an individual with deep roots and connections that stem back to her father’s family immigration to town in the 1920’s, Gail has felt a strong commitment to give back to the community where so much has been received and her now 4th generation of Needhamite family resides.<br /><br />Gail and her husband Anthony, have raised two daughters in the Needham community. Supporting their girls' interests in the outdoors and the arts, Gail and her husband have attended countless art shows, equestrian competitions and outdoor events. Their eldest daughter is presently obtaining her Masters in Art Education from the Rhode Island School of Design, and their youngest is completing her Undergraduate work at Boston University. <br /><br />Gail has also been involved in numerous organizations over the years, devoting her time and talent between family and real estate.
