As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help clients to more effectively manage the stresses in their lives and to identify, understand and break out of unproductive patterns. Some wish to address a very specific problem or fear, while others struggle with more general dissatisfaction, anxiety, depression or difficult life changes. The ideal style and scope of therapy vary from person to person and I am committed to meeting your unique needs in an environment where you feel comfortable, understood and supported. My personal style is warm and non judgmental. I see my role as a therapist as one of both partner and guide in a process that can be challenging and tremendously rewarding.
