I specialize in the treatment of Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety and Life Transitions. I work with Adults, Adolescents, and Families. I utilize effective, solutions-oriented therapy, working interactively to achieve long-term results in the shortest time possible. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the most scientifically proven method of treating eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. As a CBT Certified Specialist, I am able to incorporate various interventions and therapeutic modalities along with CBT, and adapt them specifically for the client’s treatment needs.
