I got into acupuncture and East Asian Medicine when I had my first child and I realized that life is too short not to be living from my deepest heart. Now I also offer classes and workshops and spiritually focused wellness coaching for individuals and couples. My teaching and healing practice is based on practical and proven methods developed through an in-depth study of multiple healing and wisdom traditions. I have helped hundreds of people rediscover their own innate connection to health, happiness, wholeness and freedom.
