As a US Navy combat veteran and former Division Psychiatrist for 1st Marine Division, I am uniquely qualified to work with veteran's needs, but also have extensive experience treating the full spectrum of adult psychiatry issues. As a Psychiatrist, my goal is to minimize the number and doses of medications needed to maintain safety and stability. In addition, it is rare that maximum benefit of treatment can be achieved with medications alone, so most patients will benefit from psychotherapy.
