Philosophy:

Patient's quality of life is paramount. Generally speaking my treatment recommendations are proportional to the degree of patient's discomfort. There are exceptions to this but I like to think of myself as a conservative surgeon and try to be cost conscious for the patient while educating them on the pros and cons of tests and procedures.
