Who Is Frank Martinez?<br /><br />When you meet or talk to Frank, you’ll understand why he’s been a successful Real Estate and Mortgage Consultant having helped thousands of satisfied customers like yourself realize the American dream of home ownership throughout the state of Florida and the Northeast corridor of our Nation. <br /><br />Directly involved in the Real Estate and Financial industry, in 1996 Mr. Martinez founded MoneyOne Mortgage which during the mid 2000 and licensed in 5 Stated the company’s funding yearly volume rose to over $70 million with 13 MoneyOne Realty franchise offices.<br /><br />Frank R. Martinez, Sr., is a product of the “Pedro Pan” exodus of children that came from Cuba during the early 60’s to Miami.<br /><br />In the early days, shortly after College in 1973, Frank started his own Advertising & Marketing company getting off the ground in Miami serving a large number of condominium developments such as Costa Brava, Nine Island Avenue, Fontainebleau Park, Towers of Oceanview, Jacaranda, Bonaventure who at the time was the largest developer in the entire state of Florida, well before Weston, and many others. It was during this early stage of life that Mr. Martinez started learning the ins and out of the Real Estate industry. Soon the company had acquired national clients like Lums Restaurants, Florida Bankshares, Royal Trust Bank, Financial Federal Savings & Loan the first and oldest in the country, out of Miami/Dade County… and Cellular One who later sold and put AT&T in the cellular business.<br /><br />In 1983 Mr. Martinez was appointed to the United States Senate Advisory Committee on International Trade by Senator Paula Hawkins. In 1994 became a member of the Board of Directors to ASE, Automotive Service Excellence a national organization. It was also during this time, that Frank became involved in a partnership with one of America’s greatest business innovators, Mr. James Ryder, founder of Ryder Trucks.<br /><br />From 1989 through1994 Frank was the Vice President of the original Pedro Pan Foundation along with Ramon (Mongo) Grau, Monsignor Walsh and Carlos Alamilla. <br /><br />In 1991 with partners, Mr. Martinez organized Intercel Comunicações, the very first private Cellular telephone company in Brazil operating in the Southern state of Santa Catarina.<br /><br />In 1994 a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Frank from Miami/Dade County, by Commissioner Bruce C.
