His experience includes direct involvement in the development and sale of over 85 residential communities and approximately 20commercial developments. Nason was part of a 3 man team that created Desert Shores, a 986 acre mixed-use master planned lake community in Northwest Las Vegas. He was instrumental in creating the builder's advertising co-op, the master Community Association, and was responsible for the marketing of the community to local and out of state merchant builders. As a result of this involvement Nason was instrumental in forming a local chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) (condominiums, homeowner's associations and cooperatives), sat on the board of directors and chaired the public relations committee for two years.

Licensed since 1979 and a resident of Nevada since 1981and activated my Broker's real estate license in 1990. I started Efelen Marketing Services to provide market analysis and marketing services to new home builders. I incorporated Residential Resources, Inc. in 1994 to provide all the services of Efelen plus turn-key sales services.<br /><br />As the market has grown I expanded my research and marketing services into commercial real estate.<br /><br />I have a vast experience working with individual buyers and sellers. I have been involved in, or overseen, literally thousands of real estate transactions worth $billions during my 30 year career. I have been involved in the creation of over 75 new home communities, dozens of commercial (primarily retail) developments and several master planned communities.
