Frank D’Ostilio, Jr. is the former President and owner of William Orange Realty (WOR), a residential real estate firm which was sold in 2005 to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT). He acquired WOR in 1989, and grew it from four agents into one of New Haven Counties top-selling residential real estate firms, with three locations and more than 60 full time agents. <br />After the sale, Frank joined Coldwell Banker and managed several Coldwell Banker Offices, including an acquired office in Fairfield County. In 2010, he joined George J. Smith & Son, a well-regarded Commercial Real Estate firm as a sales manager and sale agent, where his clients included Ingersoll Rand, National and Enterprise Car Rental, and Yale-New Haven Hospital. <br />Frank began his Real Estate career at the former Beazley Company Realtors, now Prudential and by 1988 had become a Top Sales Person. He has personally sold more than 1,000 homes and as manager, supervised the sale of more than 5,000 units. Frank is an expert in New Construction and Land Development. <br />Prior to Real Estate, Frank worked for the public accounting firm, Ernst & Young. He is knowledgeable on many aspects of real estate tax law, including 1031 exchanges. Throughout his career in Real Estate he has bought and sold numerous residential, multi-family and commercial properties on his own account. <br />Frank is a Director of the Woodbridge Park Association, Trustee's of the 167 acre Alice Newton Street Park, located in Woodbridge, CT.
