If you think of a car engine, it has several parts that make it run smooth. Like this car engine, I believe that as "individuals" we have several parts of our lives (family, work, school, church, finances, etc) that need to work together in order for us to function daily. Therefore, when one of these parts of our life fails the entire engine fails and our daily function is affected; but with the right tools we can fix what needs fixed and attempt to create true change without medications.
