Most of my long distance buyers are military getting transferred to Nellis or Creech - I love helping my VA buyers find their new home in Vegas! I understand the challenges that can come with long distance Real Estate as I have moved state to state several times. </p> <p/> <p>I also specialize in assisting out of state sellers with homes that have been rented or acquired through inheritance and may need work completed prior to putting your home on the market. The listing paperwork can be completed online with an electronic signature and I oversee getting all the quotes for any work that needs to be completed (flooring, painting, trash out, misc. repairs, etc.). Once completed, you'll have a property fully prepared to be put on the market for top dollar! If you list with me, I will video your home once completed so you can see the end results. I also use this video to send to out of state buyers who may be interested but can't get here to see it in person. For my out of state buyers, I also offer my video services at no additional charge! Once we've located a property you'd like to make an offer on, I will video the property for you. It's the next best thing to being here in person! If you can't get here for the final walk through, I'll video that as well for you!
