I am passionate about helping clients achieving their goals.</p><strong>Working With Sellers:</strong><p class="MsoNormal">Understanding that most buyers start their research online, I will position all clients' listings online for maximum exposure. It's not enough to add a sign outside, add the property to the MLS and wait. I will use multiple methods of online advertising for listings, and connects clients using Twitter and Facebook, Lindked utilizing real estate social media sphere. I consult my sellers to reorganize and stage their house for a successful sale.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Working With Buyers:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">I thrive on helping buyers find homes that will bring them long-term happiness. While others might push buyers to make a choice so they can move on to the next client, I urge to think it through before making a decision. I will discourage a choice if I see trouble ahead. Years of experience in selling homes gives me knowledge about issues that could affect clients' welfare in the future - and I gladly points these out along with the other reasons why a home would or would not work to fulfill their dreams.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Education:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">I am committed to continually improving my skills. Each year, I participate in over 250 hours of continuing real estate education and coaching. I hold a BA degree from University of Massachusetts in Economics.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Personal live:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">I live in Swampscott, MA with my husband of 12 years, we have two boys, we also recently adopted a dog. We moved to Swamspcott couple of years ago in search of great schools, a strong community, and a high quality of life. In our spare time, we enjoy exercising, cooking, reading, hiking, traveling and spending time with our family and friends.</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
