- Short Version - <br /> <br />I am a degreed engineer with an international corporate business background with one of the a largest private companies of the world,During my career I relocated 10 times between continents, countries and states. This gave me hands on experience with relocation ,moving and selling and buying of properties. Prior to my real estate career, my involvement with industrial building projects as a corporate executive gave me lots of planning,design implementation and negotiation experience. <br /> <br />I speak several languages and traveled extensively all over the world ,what helps me in the local real estate market to assist people that are not fully knowledgable of the english language or american way of living .It is also very useful for clients that are interested in opportunities in international real estate. <br /> <br />___________________________________________ <br /> <br />- Long Version - <br /> <br />Everard had a long and successful career with a worldwide, U.S.A based business with over 80 factories and offices around the world. <br /> <br />During that career his main responsibilities were in manufacturing, but in his role as a Senior Executive, he was part of the Senior Management Team and was closely involved in all business activities, including Human Relations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, R & D And Commercial. <br /> <br />During his career he built one office, two factories and was closely involved in the planning of two other factories. <br /> <br />These major endeavors involved scope development, site search, negotiations on national, state and local levels for land, roads, utilities, railroad and tax incentives. He also worked closely with architects and builders and contractors. <br /> <br />As a member of the Senior Management Team, Everard was involved in a pletoria of business activities,that required lots of preparation, negociations ,teamwork ,patience and focus to get to the succesful outcomes. <br />This is the kind of experience that he can now offer to make your real estate transactions succesful and beneficial for all parties involved. <br /> <br />Since he relocated many times, he gained a lot of experience searching for the right town, area and location. He had to build or buy and sell his own house 9 times. This gave him more actual, "Hands-On" relocation experience than most realtors. He knows and understands the difficult issues related to relocation from his own experience with moving between states, countries and continents. <br /> <br />After his corporate career, Everard decided to go into Real Estate. Initially in California and later in Pennsylvania where he associated with a well known Lancaster County, real estate company. Everard has now lived in Lancaster County since 1993. In 2005 he started Castellum Realty,LLC together with two partners. <br /> <br />Everard is also a partner in Preferred LIfestyle Advisors LLC., A Real Estate subsidiary of Castellum Realty LLC., with the mission to advice customers finding retirement homes, second homes, or investment properties outside Pennsylvania. We offer clients buying options in international markets such as Dubai, Belize and Mexico,by partnering with local developers and real estate brokers.Everard visits those locations and developments personnally to make sure they are as good as promissed in the brochres or on the internet..
