About:
Leading the Rhode Island Market in assisting residence with sucessfull loan modifications and short sales, I have enjoyed watching and listening to my clients as they begin their new lives. Here's what one client had July 19, 2010

I am writing this letter to thank Evelyn Ranone for saving my house, business, finances and future.
In September of 1992 I received my first credit card, started my career as a teacher and opened one of Rhode Islands first personal training and fitness studio.
I had the highest credit rating available and never missed a bill for 15 to 16 years
In 2008 like most of the country, I lost almost everything
The economy crippled my fitness studio as more and more people lost their jobs or had their salary greatly diminished.
The nation saved money to escape debt, pay mortgages to keep their homes and to provide health care for their family.
My services and fees as a fitness trainer were considered a “luxury” and with jobs being cut, my services were soon eliminated as everyone saved as much as possible
I also became ill at this time and was unable to teach, losing more than half my salary.
I was 6 payments behind on my mortgage and the “Making Homes Affordable Program” seemed to be the help I needed to get back on my feet.
I have never been as hurt, sad, destitute or emotionally drained as I was when my Bank denied my application.
I had to come up with over $12,000 or lose my house.
My family could only help a little as they were also affected by the economy.
I emptied out my savings and retirement funds, leaving me without a nickel to my name, but I got to keep the house.
Obviously, I was still had serious financial problems.
I called my Bank after my rejection letter to learn why I didn’t qualify.
The gentleman I spoke with read over my records and we discussed how my fitness business was getting back on track.
All I needed was a little help.
My fitness business started to grow again and was told by the gentleman at my Bank to reapply.
I did.
I was rejected a 2nd time and was never able to get a straight answer from anyone.
Evelyn came highly recommended and we applied again for a third time.
The paperwork and application took less than 30 minutes to complete.
I needed a helping hand, someone to believe in me and possessed the ability to clearly explain the process to me, answering all the questions my Bank failed to do.
Four weeks later, thanks to Evelyn, I was approved! And my life has forever changed.
Thank you Evelyn for helping me keep my home with dignity.
Truly,
Mr. Fracassa
