Living through the tough economical climate in Kern County has definitely added to her experience in the Real Estate market. Having gone through the different real estate cycles during the past decade has added knowledge, not only on how to weather through these tough cycles but also on how to strategize in order to leverage the current cycle towards our clients' benefit. Evelyn moved to Orange County in 2010 in order to get her real estate license. She realized that she would get the best edge on real estate in a county that not only is affluent but very aggressive in their marketing and negotiating techniques. Learning to work with a highly diversified culture and highly-educated society has also served immensely in bridging gaps between people. Her first year in real estate in Irvine, Ca., she sold 9 million dollars in real estate and was a candidate for the Hall of Fame – Rookie of the year award, alongside her sister and partner, Marjorie Martinez. After having 2 successful years in O.C., she decided to move back to Bakersfield in order to establish herself as an experienced real estate agent.Evelyn loves people and loves to meet the needs of people. She currently serves actively in the community and local church. Her children attend Ronald Reagan Elementary, Warren Junior High, and her eldest just graduated from Stockdale High School and is currently enrolled at CSUB. Her Husband, Ray Martinez, is also an active member of the Community. He is currently a hitting instructor for the Cincinnati, Reds and is stationed here in Bakersfield as our personal hitting instructor for our beloved Bakersfield Blaze.Marjorie MartinezMarjorie Martinez is currently an active real estate agent with Miramar International. She has lived in Bakersfield since 2000 and has been very involved in the local church and the community of Bakersfield. Her husband has served as a Pastor since 1994 alongside Marjorie. She has a love for people and a deep desire to help fulfill their needs. Marjorie moved to O.C. in 2010 in order to get her real estate license and learn the art of the real estate market.
