I’m both an educated and a practical man. I have been involved in real estate most of my life. I’ve been through up markets, down markets, “melt-downs” and gold rushes. I’ve bought, owned, managed and sold multi-unit rental properties. I’ve listed and sold hundreds of single-family and multi-family houses. I’ve built condos, single-family and multi-family houses. I’ve rehabbed dozens of houses; everything from minor repairs to total “gut” rehabs. I’ve helped owners avoid foreclosure and I’ve negotiated short sales which saved hundreds of thousands of dollars. I’m a licensed real estate broker, a licensed construction supervisor and a registered home improvement contractor as well as a college and law school graduate.
