As a distinguished architect for over 45 years, he completed some of the nation’s most unique and creative recreation, fitness and wellness centers on collegiate campuses. The Anthony (Tony) J. Chivetta Endowment provides a professional member of NIRSA the opportunity for a conference registration to attend the National Recreation Facilities Institute or NIRSA Annual Conference and Recreational Sports Exposition.

The interactive National School of Recreational Sports Management provides a broad range of material designed to enhance a new professional's management and problem-solving skills. Experienced recreational sports faculty members have developed the course curriculum, designed the program schedule, and will lead sessions that provide participants with opportunities to practice, discuss, and refine the professional skills necessary for success.
