As a Sports Medicine specialist and team physician from the high school to the professional level, I understand the demand that sports place on the body. I also know this isn't limited to elite athletes - I treat weekend warriors, those who have physically demanding jobs, or anyone with concussions or bone, joint, or muscle pain.
