Philosophy:
I am experienced counseling children, adolescents, families, adults and couples. I treat serious mental health illness, I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist. I believe the client is the boss. I first help them figure out if I am the best therapist for them. If not, I help them find the best one. Next I spend some time taking a family history per my training. Then I help my clients set goals, major ones first, then smaller ones broken down into doable steps. We check progress regularly!
