Recently recognized as one of 50 finalists for Realtor Magazine's nationwide "30 Under 30" honor, Eric has been a licensed real estate professional for over 8 years. Eric's first experience was with a suburban company specializing in investment properties, where he mainly worked with investment clients, rental clients and condominium owners. Seeing an opportunity to branch out his business, Eric went out on his own after graduating with his B.S. in Marketing & Communications, with minors in Psychology and Finance from Roger Williams University. Before joining William Raveis, Eric worked independently as a real estate consultant to buyers, sellers, and leasing clients within Boston proper, and before that worked individually for two years with investment property owners to rent and sell their investments in a down market while also pursuing his Master's degree from Northeastern University. William Raveis Real Estate recently recognized Eric as one of the top 25 "Socially Savvy" professionals within the company for his innovative use of social media in his business, and also honored him with an invitation to the "Chairman's Club" for his production, as he fell within the top 3 agents in the Back Bay office.
