I entered into Real Estate to help the first time home buyers have a top notch experience. Through Education, Experience of 15 years in the Mortgage Servicing, Legal and Real Estate Law Fields I have the knowledge and experience to back up my buyers.<br /><br />I have a few standard business practices that I adhere to.<br />1. My clients must be per-qualified for a mortgage. If they are not paying cash it is to protect them in the transaction. <br />2. When you meet with me, before we even get in the car to look at properties you must be under contract with me. My livelihood is just as important as your home buying experience. No contract with me, no home previews will take place. That is just a business standard that I require. <br />3. My business hours are Monday - Friday 9-6 and Saturday 11-4. Sunday is my off day. <br />4.
