I use an eclectic approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and psycho-education. I believe that the key to successful therapy is the relationships that I develop with my patients. For 20 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of challenges including: ADHD, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder,career indecision, depression, divorce, grief, learning difficulties, special education, and stress. I provide individual, group, marital, and family therapy.
