Massage is a language without words. Quantifying the cumulative effects of massage on your body and mind is not always possible in ordinary language. A small ache or pain may be just that.... something small and easily resolved. Or it may be a sign that something in your body, or your life, is out of balance. The body, when in harmonious balance, is capable and eager to heal itself. My role is to support your body's own self-healing intelligence and to empower you to participate in your own wellness. The first question I have for each client, every time I see them, is "How may I best serve you today?" I am here for you, not only to address your physical aches and pains, but to work with you in achieving a state of balance. When the client and the practitioner work together, we can achieve whatever your body, mind, and spirit are ready to achieve.
