I am dedicated to helping teens, tweens and adults maximize potential and minimize stress. I provide a safe, supportive environment in which all clients are respected for their unique perspectives and experiences. I have worked with hundreds of teens and young adults with drug and alcohol addictions, many with additional mental health problems. My greatest joy comes from helping individuals and families discover and reclaim their joy. Everyone deserves peace of mind; I help clients find theirs.
