Philosophy:
One day you are uncomfortable and feel off balance. No longer able to concentrate, sleep, or cope with small changes, you feel hopeless, helpless, you want to crawl in a cave and shut out the world. Something has changed and life begins to hurt you and those you love. How you think and feel makes the difference between discomfort or relief. The question is what to do and who do you turn to?
We are complex human beings. In my years of practice I consider the body, mind, evironment, and belief system of every individual. My psychotherapy sessions begin with the belief that you know what you need in order to build a richer rewarding life. My confidential therapy sessions encourages a partnership between you, my client, and myself. You want relief. Together we will aim to accomplish your goal.
An individual may require medication management. Research shows weekly psychotherapy sessions with medication management work better than either approach alone.
