I am interested in all aspects of healthy living, esp. cleaning up the environment locally and globally, and keeping my body healthy. I have recently begun using Isagenix Nutritional Cleansing and Fat Burning products and have lost weight and reduced sugar and coffee intake. I will be continuing on the Isagenix health and Wellness Program to maintain these benefits and to lose a little more weight and continue to keep my body in optimum condition. (www.lizvitale.isagenix.com) I also love gardening and composting, and have indoor and outdoor worm bins the produce wonderful humus for my garden and landscaping areas. I am also a knitter and crocheter and a member of Serenity Scarves, a group that organizes volunteer knitters and crocheters to produce high quality hand-made products that are offered to donors who contribute money to local peace and environmental groups, mostly to the Center for Serenity and The Charter Oak Cultural Center.
