Philosophy:
The approach I use is based on the need of the individual. With a holistic approach I don't tie myself to one specific type of therapy. I allow for the blending of several different approaches and tailor the treatment according to each patients needs. For some issues, addiction for example, Cognitive Behavior Therapy is proven most effective. This is a technique where I can guide and motivate you towards changing both your behavior and your thinking patterns. Another frequently used technique is called the here and now which allows you to focus on current goal setting and making changes for today, some consider this to be life coaching.
