When the physical limitations of being a brick mason with titanium shoulders got to be too much, I decided I needed a new career. Real Estate seemed like a natural fit with twenty five years of construction background and expertise. After looking into several licensing schools and online programs, my wife Stefanee and I signed up to take the 90-hour, pre-licensing course at BATC College. I wanted more interaction with the instructors than I could get with an online course. I wanted to get more out of the class than just the ability to pass the state licensing test.The BATC course fit the bill. It was a great mix of instructors, hands-on experience, practical applications, and scenarios – just what myself and Stefanee were looking for. We signed up to take the winter session, which ran January through March 2008 and was licensed on May 1. An agent <br />with @ Home Realty and I have been one of the six ‘top volume’ agents in the Logan office, in spite of the weakened economy. I figured if I could sell one home a month I'd be lucky and pleased. In the first 6 months months I closed on 12 homes! <br /><br />I have enjoyed me real estate career everyday for the past several years and am totally committed to helping buyers and sellers have the best possible experience that they can. The friendships and business partnerships that have been built on the basic principle of honesty and hard work will last a lifetime.
