Philosophy:
Dr. Meier has proudly served the Rome community since 1997. He serves as the Medical Director of Redmond Family Care Center at West Rome, and Redmond Occupational Health. He is a Board Certified Fellow and a certified Medical Review Officer (CMRO) who specializes in evaluating drug screen results under the Department of Transportation regulations.
Dr. Meier received his medical degree from the University of South Florida, completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas, a General Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida and received his Master%u2019s in Public Health in Occupational Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Meier received his board certification from the Board of Certification in Family Practice, the American Board of Preventive Medicine, and the American Board of Occupational Medicine, the latter which has been attained by only approximately 2,200 physicians within the United States.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
