Graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1973, then received my DDS degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1977. I was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the Honorary Dental Society and received the American Society of Dentistry for Children Certificate of Merit in 1977. I obtained a Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and a MasterÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs degree in Oral Biology/Physiology from the Medical College of Georgia in 1980. Following my specialty training in 1980, I was elected to the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Society. I then taught on the full-time faculty at the Medical College of Virginia from 1980-1983 and completed Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry that year. Subsequently, I decided to pursue specialty training in Orthodontics and completed that specialty program at the University of Florida in May of 1985. Following that I opened my orthodontic practice in Port Orange and currently have a satellite office in Ormond Beach.
